About the Role

The Retail Planner will be instrumental in the operational definition and ongoing monitoring of store turnover objectives. This role involves translating overall targets into specific commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in planning turnover objectives, aligning with directives from Retail Management.
• Break down turnover objectives into measurable commercial KPIs and productivity targets.
• Monitor and verify the consistency of Action Plans and Workforce Plans to ensure alignment with retail objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Retail Planning.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, Turnover Objectives, and Productivity metrics.
• Ability to develop and monitor Action Plans.
• Experience with Workforce Planning is advantageous.
