About the Role: Finance Controller

Aptiv is seeking a Senior Finance Controller to join our team in Torino, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position within our manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A background in engineering or safety systems is a plus.
