About the Role

Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a skilled and motivated Football Video Systems Technician to join our growing team. This freelance position is primarily based on-site at stadiums in Firenze, with opportunities for travel throughout Italy and Europe. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations within Serie A and Serie B, with potential involvement in major tournaments like the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain video systems for football matches.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all technical equipment during events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with match officials and broadcast teams.
• Travel to various stadium locations as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Systems Technician.
• Strong understanding of football operations and broadcast requirements.
• Familiarity with Serie A and Serie B match environments.
• Experience with UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League events is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.
