About the Role
Philips is seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Poland. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers within the hospital and ambulatory monitoring sector. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare technology portfolio. This is a field-based role, requiring significant travel to customer and supplier locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions.
- Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and propose value-adding solutions.
- Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for Hospital and Ambulatory Monitoring (H&AM).
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree; a medical background is considered a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the capital equipment or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of both English and Polish languages.
- High business acumen and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel intensively within the assigned territory.
- Experience with CRM systems, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage.
