Partner Account Executive (M/F) - Remote
Akamai Technologies is seeking a motivated Partner Account Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our Channel Sales and Delivery program within the French market. This is a permanent, remote position.
About the Role
As a Partner Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with System Integrators, Service Providers, and Technology Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will collaborate closely with client and account executives to sell Akamai services, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing revenue while optimizing the cost of sales and services. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions with our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the French market.
- Drive pipeline development, business development, strategic selling, marketing, enablement, and new product development initiatives.
- Forge strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities, acquire new accounts, and meet sales quotas.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in collaboration with partners.
- Become a subject matter expert on Akamai's propositions and products to identify potential partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations for new partner recruitment to ensure a seamless service integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Channel Sales and Partner Management.
- Experience within the technology industry, particularly in Security and Cloud sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with partners at various seniority levels.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and humility, with a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
