Key Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
• Utilize sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage sales operations.
• Employ Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis to support sales initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
• Demonstrated experience with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar software).
• Proven experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies, or equivalent experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
