About the Role

As the Manager of The Lodge Club, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and success of our vibrant venue. This is a senior, permanent, onsite position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Personnel Management:
  • Acquire and develop talent for the club team.
  • Lead the selection, training, and ongoing management of staff.
• Event Coordination:
  • Oversee the selection and coordination of entertainment, including musical groups and DJs.
• Financial Oversight:
  • Manage supply chain and financial aspects of the club.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the nightlife industry.
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and Team Leadership.
• Experience in Event Coordination.
• Demonstrated ability in Financial Oversight.
