About the Role

Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business Unit, is seeking a Resident Engine Technical Specialist to join our Military Customer Support Organization. With over 100 years of experience in reimagining the power of flight, Avio Aero specializes in the design, production, and maintenance of components and systems for both civil and military aviation.

This is a permanent, onsite position based at the customer’s military base in Cameri (NO), specifically at the 1°RMV (Reparto Manutenzione Velivoli), in accordance with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Resident Engine Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support related to engines at the customer's military base. Your role will involve close collaboration with the customer to ensure the highest standards of engine maintenance and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Specialist, particularly within the aviation and engine sector.
• Strong understanding of engine maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Experience in customer support roles, ideally in a military or aerospace environment.
