Work Experience Agency LTD is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support our Erasmus student groups in Palermo. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain experience in a dynamic international environment within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for Erasmus student groups.
• Arrange airport pick-ups for arriving students.
• Organize transportation for groups during their stay.
• Facilitate student placements.
• Oversee and check accommodation arrangements.
• Engage in outreach activities related to student placement.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Skills in coordination, transportation, and accommodation management.
• Experience with student placement and outreach is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and helpful attitude.
