About the Role

Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Shift Manager to join our Operations centre in Genova. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, leading a large and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Oversee daily operations within the Amazon Operations centre.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the facility.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), completed before the start date.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• A proactive approach to operations management.
