Cloetta is expanding its presence in the United States and is seeking a dedicated Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Manager to build a scalable and competitive platform for long-term growth. This key role will translate strategy into action, working closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agency partners, and retail customers. You will be instrumental in bringing Cloetta's brands to life in the U.S. market by supporting retail customers, executing activation programs, and ensuring excellent local execution across all touchpoints.
Your Mission & Impact
Your mission is to support the successful execution of marketing, shopper marketing, and retailer activation initiatives that drive growth for Cloetta's brands across retail, digital, and experiential channels in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the execution of U.S. marketing plans, adapting global brand strategies for local relevance.
- Adapt approved global assets and materials for U.S. retailer and consumer engagement.
- Execute retailer programs, shopper marketing initiatives, trade shows, and retailer-facing marketing activities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agencies, and retail partners to ensure consistent and effective execution.
- Build awareness, trial, and retailer engagement for Cloetta brands across multiple channels.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
- Create sell-in materials, retailer programs, and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Lead retailer presentations, category reviews, and activation plans alongside the Sales team.
- Lead retail promotions and retailer-specific marketing programs.
- Manage trade shows, sampling events, retailer meetings, and consumer experiences.
- Own influencer, social, and experiential programs in partnership with agency partners.
- Execute launch initiatives and promotional programs across key channels.
- Manage U.S. creative, digital, PR, and experiential agencies.
- Analyze U.S. consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
- Evaluate marketing and promotional performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Identify and drive opportunities to enhance retailer partnerships.

Experience & Background:
- 3-6 years in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retailer marketing, brand activation, or related CPG marketing roles.
- Experience within the food, beverage, confectionery, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries is preferred.
- Proven experience supporting retailer programs and retailer-facing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and channels.
- Experience working with agencies, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
