Requirements

• Proven experience in a Health and Safety (HSE) role, preferably within a workshop or maintenance setting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and their associated safety considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to promote and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
