Onclusive is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Verona on a fixed-term contract basis, covering maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to support our dynamic Sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of our client relationships.

About the Role

This position is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales operations. You will be the primary point of contact for managing and executing tasks within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically Salesforce. Your role will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated CRM (Salesforce) support to the Sales team.
• Enter and manage new opportunities and client data within the CRM system.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of critical sales data.
• Assist with client communication and follow-ups as required.
• Support the Sales team with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Support or administrative role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
• Excellent data management and organizational skills.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Italy.
