About the Role
As a Qualified Success Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for our customers. You will work at the forefront of next-generation sales and marketing technology, transforming customer processes to leverage the power of conversational marketing and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies.
- Architect and implement Qualified solutions, integrating deeply with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, routing workflows, and go-to-market systems.
- Guide customers in configuring and optimizing AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels.
- Translate customer business objectives into technical solution designs, conversational flows, segmentation strategies, qualification logic, and AI SDR goals.
- Consult with Enterprise Architects, RevOps teams, and technical administrators to establish scalable data models, integrations, governance, and operational best practices.
- Drive customer enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing strategies, AI SDR operations, inbound conversion optimization, and pipeline acceleration best practices.
- Analyze buyer engagement, conversion performance, pipeline impact, and adoption trends to provide strategic recommendations and optimization plans.
- Conduct Executive Strategic Business Reviews and strategic roadmap discussions with customer stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to surface customer feedback and influence platform innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping them maximize platform value and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Support expansion and renewal conversations by identifying opportunities for deeper platform adoption.
- Stay current with AI-driven go-to-market innovation and share new ideas and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
- Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A passion for customer success with software solutions.
