EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company providing IT support services to industry leaders. We are seeking a motivated Network Deployment Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading and managing strategic projects focused on network deployments. You will drive positive results, improve key performance indicators, and implement process changes. A strong understanding of network concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for all project documentation.
• Apply advanced technical understanding of network projects to discuss site requirements with stakeholders including engineers, project managers, and management.
• Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and necessary contacts.
• Proactively manage all planning stages of site deployments, from surveys and hardware staging to final deployment.
• Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and associated risks to stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, both internally and with clients and vendors, to ensure project targets are met.
• Conduct project closure activities, including acceptance, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on Networking.
• Solid working knowledge of networking concepts.
• Proven success in leading, managing, and implementing impactful process improvement projects.
• Ability to operate proactively with minimal supervision.
• Skill in managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Project Management Certification is strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
