HR Recruiter

About the Role

B & M srl is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Milan. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and provide essential support to our expanding international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
• Focus on hiring for the United States market.
• Provide recruitment support for Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, the Nordics, and other international locations as required.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Facilitate the offer and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with international recruitment is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• English proficiency is essential as it is the primary working language.
