About the Role

South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS) is seeking a Roster and Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Bergamo. This role is crucial for the planning and coordination of work shifts for our Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a leading European airline.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating work shifts for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
• Managing logistical aspects related to the engineering team's operations.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with good Excel skills.
• Experience in Roster Planning.
• Experience in Logistics Coordination.
• Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance processes is a plus.
