Revenue Analyst

About the Role

Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dedicated Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy Team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in hotel operations and revenue management to maximize revenue and profitability for our property.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property performance, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform revenue strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor and adjust pricing in response to market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
• Contribute to the overall revenue strategy of the property.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Management and Financial Analysis within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Pricing Strategy and Hotel Operations.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
