About the Role

As a Sterile Investigation Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our sterile manufacturing processes. You will lead and coordinate investigations into any sterile deviations, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead sterile investigation teams.
• Manage the investigation process from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and thorough completion.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal quality standards.
• Document investigation findings, root cause analysis, and recommended actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within sterile operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sterile Investigation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and manage complex investigations.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
