ManTech International Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented OneStream Consultant / Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote opportunity. About the Role

As a OneStream Consultant / Application Developer, you will be instrumental in configuring, developing, and optimizing OneStream solutions. You will work on complex artifacts, design user-friendly interfaces, manage data integrations, and ensure technical quality. This role also involves supporting junior team members and sharing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Application Development: Independently configure and build complex OneStream artifacts, including Cubes, Workflows, Member Formulas, Confirmation Rules, and Extensible Dimensionality models.
• UI/UX Design: Develop robust and intuitive user interfaces, including dashboards, advanced formatting string elements, and parameters.
• Data Integration & Quality: Design, build, and maintain data connectors and transformation rules. Manage Relational Table Storage structures and interface mappings.
• Technical Quality Control: Author and execute test scripts, identify and fix metadata anomalies and rules syntax errors.
• Peer Support: Provide platform guidance, participate in code reviews, and share best practices with other developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development or financial systems implementation.
• 3+ years of dedicated OneStream implementation experience.
• 1+ years of OneStream XF implementation, configuration, and optimization experience.
• Proven proficiency with OneStream frameworks, including Extensible Dimensionality, Data Management Jobs, Business Rules, and Custom Relational Tables.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience, including evaluating execution plans, constructing relational table queries, and interpreting database layer indexing structures.
• Foundational understanding of VB.Net or C# scripting within the OneStream business rules environment.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of the OneStream Essentials Curriculum.
• OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) – Implementation Foundations certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or financial management within the government sector.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex configuration errors independently, including parsing server logs and diagnostic traces.
