Connoisseur Media, a leading player in the radio, digital, and media industry, is seeking a remote Digital Account Manager to join their team. As a sister company to Connrex Digital, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional content and experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive and client-focused individual with a passion for digital marketing.

About the Role

The Digital Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of digital clients. You will collaborate closely with sales and all internal departments to ensure a superior client experience, fostering long-term, successful partnerships. Your core responsibility will be to lead digital marketing campaigns from conception through execution and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned digital clients.
• Provide a superior client experience to ensure successful partnerships.
• Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through execution and implementation.
• Present strategies, organize meetings, and manage client communications to maximize time and impress clients.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of client campaigns and how digital offerings can benefit them.
• Manage multiple tasks including client discovery calls, campaign change requests, budget monitoring, performance reviews, and billing inquiries.
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend strategies, new offerings, budget adjustments, and packages to drive growth and ROI.
• Celebrate client successes and brainstorm opportunities for further growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, knowledge, and proactive communication.
• Research and provide feedback on industry trends, answer client questions, or collaborate with internal teams to find the best solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, offerings, and products in the digital marketing industry.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• High-level understanding of SEM, SEO, social media, and web design.
• Experience working closely with a sales team is desired.
• High-level knowledge of programmatic or performance marketing.
• Strong presentation, organizational, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• A multi-tasking mindset.
• A proactive approach and a strong desire to help clients achieve success.
• An outgoing personality.
