About the Role

CIRRO, a leading e-commerce fulfillment service provider, is seeking a Chinese Human Resource Supervisor to join our team in Torino, Italy. We specialize in comprehensive, high-standard, and customized supply chain solutions, including warehouse services and cargo transportation. With over 4,000 active customers and operations across 30 fulfillment centers, we are committed to improving warehouse automation and distribution systems to support our clients' cross-border e-commerce business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage human resource functions, with a focus on supporting our Chinese-speaking workforce and operations.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and integration into the company.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resource management.
• Proficiency in HR practices, including recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience in managing employee relations.
• Fluency in Chinese is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
