About the Role

As a Spa Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience. You will work closely with our spa team, gaining practical knowledge in various aspects of spa management and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the SPA in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Escort guests through the SPA areas, explaining the SPA journey, available amenities, gym equipment, and changing facilities.
• Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness and impeccable condition of SPA premises and equipment.
• Learn to ensure that the guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Support with SPA guest reservations.
• Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the spa.

Requirements

• Strong interest in customer service and guest relations within the hospitality industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive and attentive approach to tasks.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
