Grundfos is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As an EHS Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our environmental, health, and safety performance. You will be responsible for implementing and driving our HSE strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage environmental permits and reporting obligations.
• Define and drive HSE strategy and performance across health, safety, energy, and environment.
• Implement the EHS management system for Italy.
• Promote and monitor EHS tools such as risk assessments, compliance reviews, inspections, employee safety dialogues, and toolbox talks.
• Develop and cultivate a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Oversee incident reporting and investigations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EHS management, particularly within the Water Treatment sector.
• Strong understanding of HSE strategy development and implementation.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance.
• Experience in implementing and managing EHS management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety culture.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and investigation processes.
