CRIF S.p.A., the holding company of an innovative international group, is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join our team in Bologna. The CRIF Group specializes in credit information systems, business information, and credit management solutions, providing IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software, and consulting services to finance and insurance companies, utilities, and enterprises.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience within a dynamic international group. You will support the legal department, contributing to various legal activities and gaining exposure to the finance and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing legal support to the company and its subsidiaries.
• Contribute to legal research and analysis.
• Support the drafting and review of legal documents.
• Engage with legal aspects related to IT solutions and consulting services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal matters.

Requirements

• A degree in Law.
• Familiarity with legal principles, particularly those relevant to finance and insurance.
• An interest in IT solutions and consulting services.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Italian.
• A good command of English is beneficial.
