About the Role

This is a skill-based internship where you will be immersed in various IT support tasks. You will work closely with experienced IT colleagues and management, gaining valuable insights and practical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the inventory and distribution of new cell phones to users.
• Preparing and assigning new hardware to employees.
• Executing secure data deletion processes and maintaining asset inventory.
• Organizing and updating equipment within technical rooms.
• Developing Excel programs for the new PDM (Drawing Management Keytech) system and performing data conversion.
• Utilizing Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

While this is an internship focused on learning, a foundational understanding and interest in the following areas will be beneficial:

• IT Support principles
• Hardware knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI
• An interest in data management and analysis
