About the Role

As a Junior Content Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining engaging content across various customer touchpoints. You will work collaboratively with international teams to ensure our content aligns with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Create new content for Upsell processes, supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing Specialists globally to achieve company KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Creation, ideally within an international context.
• Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity in tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines and work towards achieving KPIs.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
