About the Role

As a Quality Manufacturing Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting and harmonizing Quality Manufacturing processes and procedures. You will ensure these align with the evolution of GTE and CTS products portfolios and current market trends. A key aspect of this role involves proactively promoting continuous improvement across the plants you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the harmonization of Quality Manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with GTE and CTS products portfolio evolution and market trends.
• Proactively promote continuous improvement across supported plants.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to achieve high quality manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate strategically with the ITO (In-house Technical Office) team to develop risk mitigation plans for recurrent defects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with risk mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
