About the Role

Nueva Pescanova Group is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on ensuring the accurate control and coordination of logistics operations and their associated financial flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a logistics administration specialist, supporting procurement activities.
• Manage and record costs related to goods and inbound/outbound transport.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Finance departments.
• Ensure timely invoicing cycles and compliance with accounting deadlines.
• Contribute to the overall accuracy and efficiency of logistics and financial processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Supply Chain and Accounting functions.
• Familiarity with Logistics and Procurement processes.
• Experience with Invoicing procedures.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.
