About the Role

As a Receptionist at MEININGER Venezia Mestre, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a memorable and positive experience. You will embody the spirit of a great host, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an excellent host, ensuring guests have a memorable stay.
• Manage the entire welcome and departure process for guests, from A to Z.
• Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs to optimize the guest experience and hotel operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all guests.

Requirements

• Experience in reception and customer service.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with check-in and check-out procedures.
• A welcoming and proactive attitude.
