About the Role

Sidel is seeking a dedicated Product Trainer to join their team in Parma, Italy. This onsite role involves delivering high-quality training solutions to both internal teams and external customers, utilizing a variety of delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product training sessions tailored to internal and external customer requirements.
• Utilize diverse training methods including classroom instruction, On-the-Job Training, coaching, and virtual/remote learning.
• Conduct training at Sidel facilities, customer sites, or remotely.
• Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of training programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering training, specifically product training.
• Experience with coaching and virtual learning methodologies.
• Ability to understand and address customer requirements.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
