About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in recruiting for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across the US and EMEA. You will collaborate directly with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand their hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top-tier talent. This is a hands-on role managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and executives to define talent needs, role requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through diverse channels, building robust and diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Leverage data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies, provide market insights to stakeholders, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team on projects related to employer branding, onboarding, and creating an outstanding workplace.
  • Drive AI-powered recruiting by championing the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent identification, research, and task automation.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting, with a successful track record of hiring for Sales (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs), Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
  • Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and a hunter mentality, with expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative engagement strategies.
  • A deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and provide consultative guidance to senior leaders.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Impeccable organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A collaborative, team-player attitude with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
