About the Role

The Menarini Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team in Firenze. Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's commitment to environmental compliance and the continuous improvement of environmental performance across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site operations to ensure adherence to all relevant environmental regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage the operational and administrative aspects of waste management processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of environmental management systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in environmental compliance.
• Strong understanding of waste management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, particularly within a manufacturing context.
• Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
