About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs to equip internal teams, customers, and external partners with the confidence and knowledge to effectively use our platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, translate them into clear objectives, and create engaging resources that drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable training programs aligned with business goals, customer outcomes, and internal enablement needs.
  • Develop customer onboarding programs and create engaging instructional videos to accelerate time to value.
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for both customers and internal teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess learning needs and coordinate the development of new learning resources.
  • Ensure training content remains current and accurate, reflecting product updates, customer workflows, and evolving priorities.
  • Pilot new training approaches to expand reach and improve learner engagement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, participation data, completion rates, and performance metrics, and refine content accordingly.
  • Maintain training materials to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or training within a SaaS environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) for training design, creation, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with Intellum is considered a plus.
  • Experience in creating accessible learning content, including captions, transcripts, alt text, clear formatting, and inclusive design practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present to live and virtual audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring training effectiveness through learner feedback, engagement data, completion rates, or performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and best practices for virtual learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
