About the Role

As a Supervisor Receptionist / Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the reception team and ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Venezia Mestre.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the reception team.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Manage and execute operational and administrative tasks, including:
  • Invoicing
  • Hour registration
  • Online reputation management
  • Quality assurance
