About the Role

As the F&B Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multiple Food & Beverage outlets, including our restaurants, bars, and unique rooftop. Working closely with the Hotel Manager and the Operations team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and the TSH community. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets within the Florence Lavagnini hotel.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction across all F&B areas.
• Manage and lead the F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and Operations team to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, engaging with both the team and the TSH community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in F&B Management.
• Strong understanding of Operations Management within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership skills.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities.
• Experience in Restaurant Management.
• Ability to start immediately.
