About the Role

As a Rental Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will be the face of Indie Campers for many of our travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental inquiries and bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
• Handle operational tasks related to vehicle rentals.
• Support sales efforts and promote our services.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
