About the Role
LGI is seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Office Assistant to join our remote team. This full-time role is crucial for creating exceptional first impressions for our agents and guests within our virtual online video conferencing offices. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, assisting them by connecting and transferring them to the appropriate individuals, and ensuring a seamless and positive online virtual experience for all LGI guests. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as are high-quality video and audio capabilities for this work-from-home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and create critical first impressions for agents and guests in our virtual online video conferencing offices.
- Assist agents and guests by connecting and transferring them within our virtual environment.
- Manage office communications, including responding to email inquiries.
- Maintain schedules and support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build positive relationships with the team and agents.
- Create warm hand-offs between guests and the individuals they are meeting.
- Ensure all guests of LGI have an excellent online virtual experience.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Experience in administrative assistance and clerical skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and its operations (e.g., phone systems).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using standard office software and remote work tools.
