Framework Ventures is looking for a highly experienced Global Senior Executive Recruiter to spearhead their executive hiring strategy. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Torino, Italy. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier leadership talent within the AI and Tech sectors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in executive search, with a focus on the technology or finance industries.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for AI and Tech leadership roles.
• Exceptional candidate relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential.
