Page Executive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant General Manager to lead operations for a fast-growing Industrial Manufacturing Group across Italy and the UK. This is a senior, permanent, onsite role based in Bologna, Italy.

About the Role

As Plant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a complex manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the business units in both Italy and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the designated countries.
• Evaluate current business operations and develop strategic plans to enhance competitive advantage.
• Drive efficiency through the safe and effective utilization of resources.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Supervise local plant operations and monitor performance against key metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability in strategy development.
• Strong background in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Track record of technology implementation.
• Previous experience managing operations across multiple locations (Italy and UK) is highly desirable.
• Senior-level leadership experience within the manufacturing industry.
