Viva.com is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship On-field Representative to join our Direct Representatives Team in Torino. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will be instrumental in promoting our services and ensuring exceptional support for our merchant clients.

About the Role

As an On-field Representative, you will be the face of Viva.com in the local market. You will be responsible for engaging directly with clients, promoting our innovative financial services, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for merchants from activation through to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Viva.com services through direct client visits to their business premises.
• Assist merchants with the verification and activation processes for our services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of your assigned client portfolio.
• Provide in-person support and expert consultation to existing customers.
• Engage in scheduled client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and customer support.
• Familiarity with merchant services.
• Experience in on-field sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
