About the Role
The primary function of this role is to support CNH Industrial in successfully launching new products into the market, contributing to the achievement of company cash-flow targets. You will play a crucial role in representing the Product Support function, specifically Technical Information and Parts Catalog, during key launch milestone reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Product Support (Technical Information and Parts Catalog) at launch milestone reviews.
- Ensure the continuous update of technical literature in alignment with the Current Product Management (CPM) process.
- Provide essential information and tools to CNH dealers and other stakeholders.
- Manage projects related to technical information and parts catalog development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Support and Technical Information.
- Familiarity with Parts Catalogs and Product Management principles.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
