About the Role

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of Unilever products within an allocated territory. This role involves managing key customer relationships and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution for company products within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets through market visits and understanding the retail system.
  • Analyze market conditions to improve the competitive position and customer service.
  • Negotiate with distributors to drive business growth.
  • Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback for strategic action.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales.
  • Proven experience in distributor handling and ROI calculations.
  • Full-time Graduation is required.
  • Proficiency in Sales Planning and distributor appointment processes.
  • Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
  • Good understanding of sales targets and market dynamics.
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language are desired.
