About the Role

As a Freelance Tour Leader with Guydeez, you will be responsible for leading private, personalized walking tours for small groups of visitors in Napoli. You will have the flexibility to set your own working days and hours, making this an ideal role for those seeking a dynamic and independent work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and informative private walking tours for small groups.
• Share your in-depth knowledge of Napoli's culture, history, and local attractions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
• Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and needs of different groups.
• Represent Guydeez in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

• A deep passion for and extensive knowledge of Napoli, including its history, culture, and local insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to manage your own schedule.
• Previous experience in tour guiding is a plus.
