STUDIO TEMPORARY MANAGER S.P.A. is urgently seeking an experienced Interim Managing Director for their client, a globally active high-tech engineering company. This is a temporary position for approximately 9 months, based in the Emilia Romagna region.

About the Role

The client specialises in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on electromobility, battery production, electronics, and energy. They are dedicated to developing and building innovative and efficient production solutions.

As the Interim Managing Director, you will be responsible for the entire Italian unit, overseeing its operations and strategic direction until a permanent Managing Director is appointed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the management and performance of the Italian business unit.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business in Italy.
• Ensure the successful implementation of company strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar senior executive leadership role.
• Strong background in the Engineering sector.
• Experience within the Automotive industry, particularly with a focus on Electromobility and Production Solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a business unit effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
