About the Role

CORNERSTONE INTERNATIONAL SRL, a UK-based company owned by a well-established US engineering group, is strategically expanding into the European market by opening a new start-up office in Bergamo, Italy. We specialize in providing high-quality products and solutions that support injection moulding operations.

We are seeking a senior-level European Sales Manager to lead our new venture. This role will report to our UK Head Office, with regular contact and joint meetings required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development within the European market.
• Establish and manage the new office in Bergamo, Italy.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across Europe.
• Collaborate with the UK Head Office and US headquarters on market strategies and product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding business within the European Market.
• Strong Business Development skills.
• Experience or knowledge within the Injection Moulding or Engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a new team.
• Fluency in English is essential.
