About the Role

LHH is seeking a Compensation & Benefit Specialist to join our client's team in Torino. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a critical role in achieving our client's people initiatives by managing and developing compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation processes, including:
  • Annual global pay reviews
  • Pay equity analysis
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
• Support the business in making compensation decisions that align with the pay-for-performance philosophy.
• Calibrate compensation results.
• Analyze market trends related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Proficiency in HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of pay equity principles.
