About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, ERM (Entertainment, Media & Events), you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, managing all aspects of their travel arrangements. You will handle incoming requests via phone and email, providing expert travel consultation, including booking reservations, offering travel details, and up-selling related products. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle incoming travel requests through various channels.
• Search for and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Manage crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling.
• Provide clients with essential industry information, such as fare details, exchange costs, penalties, and visa requirements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering undivided attention.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments and regions.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands-on expertise in managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup.
• Proficiency with GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated understanding of customer service excellence.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
