About the Role
Bend Health, a Lyra Health company, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health Systems Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, healthcare sales, and consulting, who is passionate about mental health and skilled at inspiring others. You will play a crucial role in expanding our partnerships with health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed annual quotas for acquiring new Bend Health partners.
- Inspire senior executives at leading companies to prioritize mental health initiatives.
- Independently and collaboratively prospect for new business opportunities.
- Educate partner leadership on the US mental health care system and Bend's offerings.
- Articulate Bend's unique value proposition through verbal, written, and quantitative communication.
- Negotiate effectively with medical directors, administrators, finance, and procurement executives.
- Maintain accurate records of deal progress to support business growth.
- Coordinate with Customer Success teams for seamless implementations and ongoing client management.
- Build and nurture relationships with contracted health systems to increase referral volume and service scope.
