- Ensure cross-functional leaders and external partners are well-prepared and aligned by providing crisp briefings, sharp talking points, and supporting research for key meetings.
- Drive priority initiatives across the Advertising organization to successful completion on time and with impact by tracking deliverables, proactively surfacing blockers, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain tight and reliable budget visibility across the Advertising organization, tracking workforce and non-workforce spend in partnership with Finance, and providing clear data for annual planning.
- Support the GM in operating as a more effective leader by acting as a trusted thought partner, providing strategic counsel, and managing execution to free up the GM's time for business growth initiatives.

- Demonstrated project management expertise, capable of managing multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, executive-ready materials and accurately represent the GM's perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth, technology-driven companies operating in ambiguous environments where processes are still being defined.
- Comfort in building structured processes from the ground up to achieve complex, cross-functional objectives at scale.
- Direct experience partnering with Finance on budget management and annual business planning.
